Harry Sherrard

Harry Sherrard, Director of Sherrards Occupational Health, established Sherrards Occupational Health in 2014 to meet the needs of employers and to provide a source of advice in managing workplace health. The business has recently played a key role in the COVID-19 epidemic by providing advice to employers and employee and facilitating testing where required.

Lorraine Sherrard

Lorraine is a Director of Sherrards Occupational Health. Lorraine is practical and logical in her approach to the needs of clients and understands the importance of dealing with Occupational Health issues in a calm and timely manner.

Lorraine joined the team at Sherrards Employment Law Solicitors in 2004. Previously Lorraine spent 15 years in the airline industry, where she studied her CIPD and managed recruitment and training projects. She is also a Trustee of an Outdoor Education Centre providing opportunities for young people. As well as bringing up a family, Lorraine enjoys travel, running, pilates and cooking.

Karen Lewis

Karen joined Sherrards in November 2014 and is responsible for managing the Occupational Health service offered by Sherrards by meeting the needs of clients and responding to all enquiries. Karen worked as a PA at a major UK bank for 23 years before joining Sherrards and enjoys swimming and watching live sports.

Rosie Alderson

Rosie, the newest member of the team at Sherrards, graduated from the University of the West of England with an LLB in Law with Criminology. Rosie is a Paralegal at Sherrards but is also very involved with Sherrards Occupational Health and works closely with clients on all their OH requirements. Rosie is ambitious, driven and is always focused on providing a high level of client service. In her spare time, Rosie enjoys swimming, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.

How do we operate?

When you have an occupational health requirement, which may be a management OH referral, we will listen to your issue, take into consideration your needs and those of your employee, then liaise on your behalf with one of our very experienced clinical Occupational Health practitioners who all provide a range of Occupational Health services.
